The Alstrom Energy Group is
pleased to announce our recent acquisition of BA HERCS, which manufactured the
ELGE® Shell and Coil Heat Exchangers We believe our entire group will benefit
from this acquisition as we continue to grow as a diverse heat exchanger
manufacturer.
The
Alstrom Energy Group consists of several divisions that all relate to high
efficiency energy savings and the “Green” initiative currently under way.
Manufacturing our diverse array of Heat Transfer equipment we now include ELGE®
Shell & Coil heat exchangers and instantaneous hot water heaters as part of The
Alstrom Line. This acquisition complements our shell and tube line which has
been manufactured in NYC by Alstrom since 1939. Alstrom Energy Group is now the
most diverse heat exchanger manufacturer in the USA, if not the world. We
manufacture every type of heat exchanger for all applications. Whether it is
copper, cupro-nickel, brass, steel or stainless steel we offer limitless
options, backed up by our in-house engineering department.
Packaged systems are our specialty from
steam generators and deaerators to pumping and heat
recovery packages. Custom engineered products are design-built at Alstrom to
your specific needs.
It should be noted that ELGE® Shell and
Coil design is a highly efficient system (98%) by far exceeding the previous
standards of previous generations of heat exchangers. Select from 54 different
sizes in two types of instantaneous exchangers.
Alstrom optimized plate design requires
less heat transfer surface area for the same capacity and brings about a lasting
reduction of investment costs. With a complete line of frame, plate or wielded
you will find a complete line for all your needs.
