Range of Application
Heat exchanges for domestic hot water and hot water systems for each
apartment. Adjusted for connection to district and central heating
systems.
Quality Assurance
The production unit is certified according to ISO 9001, and has also a
quality control system with self-control according to AFS 1994:39,
controlled by TAC AB or iNce Electronic.

Function and Design
The DHW is controlled by a pressure and thermostat controlled regulator
and a electronic regulating valve which registers the hot water flow.
The district or central heating is shut off when flow of hot water
stops. The heating circuit outgoing temperature is regulated with regard
to outdoor temperature, via outdoor transmitter and control unit. An
electronically controlled regulating valve adjusts the district heating
flow through the exchanger.

domestic hot water circuit.
District or central heating side:
strainer, well for temperature transmitter. Temperature and flow control
valve for domestic hot water, BTU meter, and electronic valve for
heating circuit.
Cold water side:
shut-off valve, check valve, back flow preventer.
DHW side:
thermometer, shut-off valve, transmitter for domestic hot water
temperature, safety valve.
Heating side:
pressure gauge, thermometer, control unit, transmitter for hot water
temperature, outdoor transmitter (not mounted), shut-off valve, safety
valve, fill valve, expansion tank, pump, and check/shut-off valve. |
