ELGE’s Steam Heating Heater type DSHH is a pre-piped unit including:

·       ELGE Shell&Coil HX Type AR

·       All piping with flange/thread connections

·       Control equipment specification

The control equipment specification is coordinated by ELGE to meet customer and equipment requirements utilizing industry standard products. The specification shall include:

·       Temperature Control valve

·       Temperature Control Unit

·       Temperature Control Sensor

·       Condensate Temperature Control Sensor

·       Strainer

·       Air Vent

·       Pressure Gauge

ELGE will design and customize the unit to supply heating water to meet your requirements. The pre-piped DSHH-unit will be prepared to accept customer’s equipment from the control specification. Using the purchase specification from ELGE, Customer procured control equipment is field mounted on the ELGE DSHH pre-piped unit for final mechanical / electrical connections.

These packaged units are able to supply heating for demands from 500 to 2000 MBtu/h.

All ELGE DSHH can also be equipped with Overheat Protection System.

Installation Conditions

·       Using the lowest possible supply temperature will reduce fouling and maintenance.

·       System must be installed upright

Condensate return must be drained to atmospheric pressure.
