ELGE’s Steam Water Heaters (PSWH) comes in standard design completely assembled and ready for installation. Each package is always designed around an ELGE Shell & Coil Heat Exchanger and includes:

·       Self – Contained Temperature Control Valve with safety shut down actuator.

·       Skid with 12” Wheels and Handles

·       Temperature Gauge

·       Float & Thermostatic Steam Trap

·       Pressure Gauge

·       Thermal Insulation with stainless steel jacket around the HX Shell

ELGE’s PSWH unit is a vertical shell & coil, counter/cross flow heat exchanger designed for subcooling the steam condensate. A steam trap is supplied for when the system is operating at partial capacity. The ELGE PSWH is designed to supply domestic hot water at a stable level of +/- 4°F under normal conditions. These packaged units are able to supply DHW for demands from 10 to 80 GPM.
